👁️ Eye Health Is More Than Just Clear Vision
Eye exams do more than update your prescription. Many serious eye conditions develop gradually and without symptoms. Glaucoma, for example, often has no early warning signs but can lead to permanent vision loss if left untreated.
VSP offers helpful educational tools to support eye health, including:
- Glaucoma FAQs that explain risks, symptoms, and the importance of routine exams
- An interactive Eye Disease Simulator that visually demonstrates how different eye diseases can affect vision over time
Scheduling your eye exam early in the year is an important step in preventive care.
💲 Don’t Forget Your 2025 Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
If you contributed to a 2025 Flexible Spending Account, you may still have funds available. Review your balance now and plan any remaining vision care before the deadline.
- Eligible expenses may be incurred through March 15, 2026 under the FSA grace period.
- Vision expenses such as eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses are typically eligible
- Unused funds after the grace period will be forfeited
- Asiflex Eligibility list
Starting the year with a vision exam, informed choices, and smart use of your FSA dollars can help keep both your eyesight and your budget on track.
