2025 Performance Review Process – Updating Goals and their Progress and New Training Dates

This session focuses on updating goals and progress in preparation for the opening of the rating cycle that starts on April 1, 2026, and concludes on June 30, 2026.  We will also discuss steps  the supervisor can take in preparation for start of the rating cycle and in managing the process for their unit.

Supervisors should have initiated their planning documents in the system. Goals should be updated and approved by the supervisor prior to starting the rating process which runs April 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026 for the 2025 Annual Rating Cycle.

The new virtual HR Live training sessions are available for registration through My Learning Connection, search under “adp” or “supervisor” to locate and register for a time. The sessions are for both supervisors and employees.  Also, the HR Employee Relations webpage has additional information and resources  available to include Help Guides for the process.
