MSU Spotlight: Telecom Invoicing – LEAD Yourself (2 options available)

Understanding MSU’s telecom invoices is key to managing departmental costs and ensuring accurate billing. In this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to navigate the billing system, review and reconcile charges, and resolve discrepancies with confidence. You will also explore how to process service requests and apply telecommunication policies, so your department stays compliant and in control of costs.

AI Fundamentals – LEAD Yourself (New Workshop!)

AI Fundamentals is a practical, hands-on workshop designed to build shared understanding, confidence, and good judgment around the use of generative AI at work, with a primary focus on ChatGPT. The session emphasizes hands-on exploration, live demonstrations, and guided practice so participants can see how AI responds, ask questions in the moment, and adjust their approach as they go. Participants will learn how to navigate model selection, customize their ChatGPT experience, and immediately improve prompt outputs.

This course is required for all new My Learning Connection ILT Instructors but is also recommended, as a review, for existing ILT Instructors.
