New Point•C Member Portal and Mobile App Launching August 1
Beginning August 1, 2026, Point•C will launch a new Member Portal and Mobile App, providing Missouri State University health plan members with an improved, more convenient way to manage their health benefits.
The updated portal offers the features you’ve come to expect while introducing a refreshed user experience and the added convenience of mobile access.
What You Can Do with the New Portal
Once registered, you’ll be able to:
- View your Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
- Access medical claims and benefit information
- View and print your member ID card
- Track your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum
- Check the status of claims
- View plan documents
- Access secure messages and account activity
Getting Started
Because this is a new portal, all members will need to register as a new user, even if you previously had an online Point C account.
Starting August 1:
- Visit portal.pointctpa.com.
- Select Register Now.
- Complete the registration form using your personal information.
- Verify your identity using either your Member ID number or your Social Security number (entered without dashes).
- Create your username and password.
After registering, you can log in through the website or download the Point•C Health mobile app from your device’s app store to access your benefits on the go.
