Alternate Sign-In for Dynamic Forms
Some users are currently experiencing login issues with Dynamic Forms. We are aware of this issue and actively investigating it.
To resolve the problem, you should try clearing your browser cache or using a new web browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for use with Dynamic Forms. If the issue persists after trying these workarounds, please contact Nicole Zhou for further assistance.

Is the issue having to verify my identity via text Everytime I log into the employee dashboard? That’s my recent experience.
Hi Eileen, the Employee Dashboard is unrelated to Dynamic Forms and the login issue described here. We now use multi-factor authentication to ensure our employee and financial data is secure, so needing to verify your identity before accessing the Employee Dashboard is expected behavior. You can contact the Help Desk for more information and assistance with your MFA setup.
