The production Banner database is back. We’ve verified everything we can (some systems have planned outages this time of the evening already) and everything appears to be working just fine. Please report any lingering issues to the Issue Log. Thanks for your patience and thank you to everyone who fixed this issue and verified everything was back up!
The production database is down. The DBAs are working to restore its functionality. As you probably know, most applications are dependent on the production database so related outages will also be evident. We’ll let you know here when things are back up.
