Greetings! The Banner update has been completed and verified by Information Services personnel. This was completed Sunday, August 6th around 5:10 PM.
We are currently having issue with our telephone carrier that affects incoming and some outgoing calling. The carrier is aware of the issue and it has been escalated.
UPDATED 06/21/2023: Escalated to ATT top tier. They are indicating a physical circuit issue and have a team investigating.
UPDATED 06/21/2023: We are seeing all services restored. There may be some short testing done but should be very short.

We are continuing to collaborate with the vendor to address this problem. If clearing your browser cache and trying a new browser doesn’t resolve the issue, you can utilize the link below to access Dynamic Forms:
Alternate Sign-In for Dynamic Forms
Some users are currently experiencing login issues with Dynamic Forms. We are aware of this issue and actively investigating it.
To resolve the problem, you should try clearing your browser cache or using a new web browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for use with Dynamic Forms. If the issue persists after trying these workarounds, please contact Nicole Zhou for further assistance.

Greetings! The Banner update has been completed and verified by Information Services personnel. This was completed Sunday, April 30 around 5:25 PM.
On Sunday, April 30, the following systems will be updated and therefore unavailable:
- 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Admin Banner, BDM, SSB8, Self Service 9, our custom web applications, and all other systems reliant upon the database will not be available during this time.
There will be no impact to other systems such as: University networks, phone systems, main websites, Blackboard, Office 365, email services, video surveillance systems, electronic door access, and the application for admission.
To maintain the University’s technology infrastructure at the level required to ensure reliable and secure delivery of services and technologies, Information Services will be applying updates to the Banner environment on Sunday.
