Digital Marketing Coordinator – Internship
Job Summary
Are you looking for an internship in online advertising and social media marketing? Do you want to work for a fast growing agency serving multiple Clients in the hunting, fishing, shooting, camping, and even pet industries? Frontier Media, a full-service agency located in Springfield MO, is growing rapidly. We are seeking someone who (a) has a desire to win every day with their marketing campaigns, (b) is detailed oriented, and (c) has a thirst for learning new things.
This person will report to the Director of Account Management and the Head of Media Buying where he/she will help oversee the daily management of Client digital advertising buys, organic (unpaid) social media strategies, and monthly Client reports. On occasion, the candidate will help with special projects, such as media events, influencer management, and strategic planning.
The right person for the job will be hungry to learn new platforms, programs, and strategies. At Frontier Media, we not only support learning on the job, we require it. Although we would like the candidate to have extensive experience in Double Click, AdWords, Facebook Advertising, Affiliate Marketing platforms, and Inbound Marketing systems, it is not a requirement. What is a requirement is that the candidate becomes an expert in such systems.
Finally, the applying candidate should understand that this position will be held responsible for running successful online advertising and social media campaigns. Such campaigns do not just run weekdays from 8am – 5pm.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Build and optimize online advertising campaigns daily for success.
- Work with the Client to maximize results and ensure their satisfaction.
- Work with the internal team to build creative that maximizes campaign results.
- Report on results monthly to all Clients.
- Help Frontier Media grow the Client by ensuring their satisfaction, however, you will not have to sell.
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidate should be very hungry to support company growth through successful campaigns and happy clients.
- The preferred candidate would have previous experience with online media buying (Facebook, DoubleClick, Adwords, and Programmatic Ad Networks), but this is not a requirement
- Candidate should be extremely detailed oriented and able to use data to make daily campaign updates.
- This person should be able and willing to work in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
