On Tuesday, March 29^th, the Senate of the Student Government Association passed resolutions that approved proposed changes to the Wyrick Commission Guidelines as well as proposed amendments to the Student Government Association Constitution.

As per Article VII, Section 3 of the Student Government Association Constitution, proposed amendments to the SGA Constitution will be ratified by a majority of the votes cast in the general student body referendum.  As per Section XII of the Wyrick Commission Guidelines, changes or amendments to the guidelines shall be ratified in like manner.

Students will have the opportunity to ratify these changes during the Student Body Elections, which will take place from Monday, April 4^th at 12:01 a.m. until Wednesday, April 6^th at 5:00 p.m.

Both amended documents can be found online at http://sga.missouristate.edu/elections/ and students are encouraged to make an informed decision during the elections.
