Students with ideas as to how to improve the Missouri State campus could soon see their ideas taking shape in the form of a Wyrick proposal. The Student Government Association is encouraging all students with possible project ideas to submit Wyrick proposals, which are reviewed and voted on annually by the student body.
Established in 1983, Missouri State’s Wyrick Commission is a capital-improvement fund dedicated the improving the campus community. Previous Wyrick projects include the digital parking space counters located at Bear Park South as well as the sand volleyball courts.
Any student interested in learning more about improving campus through Wyrick proposals is encouraged to contact Ben Roberts, Chief Wyrick Commissioner, at Roberts311@live.missouristate.edu. The Wyrick Commission is willing to assist students in preparing Wyrick proposals for the Commission’s December 9, 2011 deadline.
