5/26 Water Sports Today we woke up with high hopes of a great day at water sports. Most of the group wanted to ride jet skis or parasail. 5/25 WE SAW THE BEACH today we started the day a little later than before at 9 AM. We traveled to the temple Uluwatu, known for its ravenous monkeys who take hats and glasses and any objects not fully attached to your body. 2/23 Volcano and Rice Paddies. Today I bought a straw hat. It is small and round and it is what the farmers wear in the rice fields. I couldn't be more excited about it. 5/23 temples + markets + sunsets = happy Buddha Today, we traveled through the mountains and hills before reaching a beautiful market, selling fruits and veggies and nuts. I bought some coconut spoons and some nuts to snack throughout the day. From there, we experienced a true Balinese buffet. I had black rice with coconut for dessert. It was quite divine.
