Netflix has come out with a documentary style show called Street Food. Seeing the intricacies and history of street food got me very excited for the food in Vietnam and Laos (not that I wasn't already excited. I had completely glossed over this location when going over the itinerary. It will be interesting to visit the largest city in Laos. A lot of the architecture looks very interesting as well.
