While college is an exciting time for students, it can also be a challenging experience. Many college students face mental health issues, which can affect their studies.

Rhonda Lesley, director of Missouri State University’s Counseling Center, explains to Best Colleges.com how students can get support for their mental health concerns and thrive in college.
