The 41st Faculty Showcase on Teaching and Learning is now only two days away, and we’re excited to highlight the faculty presenters who will be sharing their expertise with the campus community this Wednesday. This post features contributors from the McQueary College of Health and Human Services (MCHHS), whose sessions focus on a wide range of topics including new conceptual frameworks to encourage student engagement, innovative instructional design practices, collaborative programs to support student success, and more. The Showcase is being held this year on August 12, 2026, from 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM on the third floor of the Plaster Student Union. Register for the event by following the links below to save your spot for either general attendance or the keynote speaker session. To read about the presentations and presenters who will be at the Showcase from other colleges, visit the Showcase event schedule or follow this blog to be notified when posts detailing presenters from other colleges are posted.
Registration is open now, and we encourage you to sign up early to reserve your place. To register for Showcase and the Showcase Workshop, select from the links below and navigate to the bottom section for the Session Details. Select the View Details button next to the session and choose Request to register.

Note: General attendance to the Showcase is limited to 300 attendees. There are limited spots (120 seats) for both the keynote luncheon and keynote workshop with Rebecca Pope-Ruark (learn more about Dr. Pope-Ruark here). Attendees must be registered to participate in either keynote session.
