Med-pay recently issued new ID cards for all members.
The new ID cards were issued as a result of rebranding of the Dental Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). PPOUSA network changed their name, logo, and website in November to GEHA Solutions. To find a participating dental PPO providers visit the PPO website at www.GEHASolutions.com .
If you have not yet received your ID card, make sure your address is up to date. If you need to update your address, please complete the Employee change of address form and submit to Human Resources.
Old cards will still have pertinent information for claims filing and may still be utilized at your provider office.
