In the past, Med-pay and Mercy’s billing department would visit onsite to assist employees experiencing specific claim issues. This service was suspended during the pandemic. As services have continued to be improved there has not been a need to reenact onsite visits. However, we recognize that specific situations warrant additional support. Mercy and Med-pay now have time available for employees to book virtual meetings. Meetings will be on an as needed basis.
