Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence – Lead Self
Date: Thursday, December 7, 2023
Time: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: Pummill Hall 203
Facilitator: Dale McCoy
Emotional Intelligence (EI) has been identified as the number one core competency for effective leadership, productive relationships, and excellent service regardless of rank or title. Discover how productive relationships can either flourish or wither as a result of our ability, or inability, to exert control over our behavior. The essential premise of EI is that true, sustainable, success requires an honest awareness, control, and management of one’s own emotions, and an understanding of the emotions of others.
Join us for this 3 ½ hour session and learn why emotional intelligence creates leaders and how easily you can develop yours.
