Explore the history of the University’s public affairs mission and learn how to become a more engaged Citizen Bear. While the university educates students to become global scholars, it is imperative that employees can also communicate, interconnect, and promote the meaning of public affairs to students and the community. Join us for the Public Affairs Mission: What Does It Mean? Can You Relate – Lead Self – Virtual Workshop to learn about being a Citizen Bear as we explore the three pillars of public affairs:

  • ethical leadership
  • cultural competence
  • community engagement
