In today’s dynamic workforce, we witness the convergence of five distinct generations collaborating to achieve common university objectives. It offers a comprehensive examination of both the realities and myths surrounding generational diversity, emphasizing their implications for effectively managing students and employees with diverse ages, backgrounds, and experiences.
