Employee Assistance Programs (EAP):
MSU offers free, confidential EAP services for full and part time employees and members of their household, available 24/7/365, through Mercy (username/password MSU):

Full-time employees and household members also have access to a secondary EAP through UNUM, call 1-800-854-1446.
Mental Health Coverage:
Mercy Behavioral Health and Burrell Behavioral Health are in-network for MSU’s health plan. Both base and buy-up medical plans cover acute and ongoing treatment. Magers Health and Wellness Center offers on-campus mental health services, with deductible waivers for enrolled employees. Additional providers can be found via Mercy’s directory.
Behavioral Health Access:
Mercy Behavioral health has launched a new approach to behavioral health services in partnership with Concert Health, known as Collaborative Care Management. This allows patients to access behavioral health care through their primary care provider, reducing wait times.
