This is your chance to review and make changes to your health insurance and other benefits for the upcoming year.

Virtual Benefits Fair:

Missouri State University is excited to bring you another Virtual Benefits Fair, powered by Airbo, for 2024. You’ll be able to learn about 2025 benefits and open enrollment in a fun, easy format.

  • Sponsored by Allstate, Unum, CorebridgeFinancial and VSP
    • Allstate Benefits Include: Accident, Critical illness, Universal life and Identity protection
    • Unum Benefits include: University provided Term Life and AD&D and Long-Term Disability, Supplemental Term Life, as well as the NEW voluntary benefit option, Hospital Indemnity Coverage
    • CorebridgeFinancial is an approved 403b Retirement asset manager
    • VSP is our Vision Coverage provider.

Wellness Incentive Details:

You can save up to $30 monthly on your insurance premiums by participating in wellness activities:

  • Educational “Did You Know 2.0” Video: Complete this by Dec. 1 for a $15 monthly discount
  • Seasonal Flu Vaccination: Get vaccinated between Aug. 1 and Dec. 1 for another $15 monthly discount. If you receive your shot outside of Magers Health, please submit documentation
    • Employees unable to get a flu shot for medical or religious reasons can still earn the $30 incentive by completing the biometric screening and “Did You Know 2.0” questionnaire. No accommodation required
  • Biometric Screening: Complete this between Jan. 1 and Dec. 1 for a $15 monthly discount. Document submissions are required for screenings done outside of Magers

Each employee can earn a maximum of $30 per month by completing any two activities, with all three encouraged for maximum health benefits. For more information, visit the Wellness Incentive page and the MSU Human Resources website.
