Missouri State University student Audra Grauberger will apply her academic knowledge beyond the classroom as she embarks on exploring business and culture.
Grauberger received the highly competitive Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship awarded by the U.S. Department of State.
A first-generation college student pursuing an MBA, Grauberger demonstrates professionalism with over seven years of work experience at Kerry, a sustainable nutrition company based in Ireland.
Grauberger plans to learn from the country’s innovative and expanding economy, gaining firsthand knowledge of the Irish business landscape and establishing stronger connections with Irish colleagues.
“This experience will be instrumental in preparing me for the complexities of the international marketplace,” said Grauberger, who’s from Nixa, Missouri.
Grateful for the scholarship
Receiving the Gilman International Scholarship holds profound significance for Grauberger.
“It not only alleviates the financial barriers that often accompany studying abroad but also symbolizes the recognition and continuation of my journey,” she said. “This scholarship empowers me to pursue my dreams of becoming a global business leader.”
