Carrie’s Café reopens with enhanced safety protocols

The COVID-19 pandemic forced most restaurants to rethink how they do business. Carrie’s Café is no different. Over the summer, hospitality leadership faculty developed new operating procedures so that the café would be ready for a fall reopening. Kick off the spring semester at the CNAS Social

Hospitality leadership program re-accredited

The Accreditation Commission for Programs in Hospitality Administration (ACPHA) has once again granted accreditation to Missouri State University’s hospitality leadership program with no conditions.
