If you have a Medical Flexible Spending Account (FSA) through ASIFlex, you can be reimbursed for mileage incurred when traveling to medical appointments. For 2025, the IRS reimbursement rate is 21 cents per mile.

How to File a Claim

To submit a mileage reimbursement claim, you can:

1. Mail: Send a completed claim form to ASIFlex.
2. Fax: Fax the form and documentation.
3. Mobile App/Online Portal: Submit your claim through the ASIFlex app or participant portal.

Be sure to include the number of miles, the date of service, and supporting documentation for the appointment.
