Open Enrollment and Virtual Benefits Fair

Open Enrollment: Now through December 1, 2025.

Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review and update your benefits to ensure they meet your needs for the upcoming year. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) require enrollment each year and are a separate enrollment system from other benefits.


Virtual Benefits Fair

Missouri State University is excited to bring you the 2025 Virtual Benefits Fair, powered by Airbo! Explore your benefits and open enrollment options in a fun, easy-to-navigate format.

Sponsors for 2025:

  • Educational Community Credit Union – Financial wellness resources

  • Corebridge Financial – Approved 403(b) Retirement asset manager

  • TIAA – CURP plan asset manager and Approved 403(b) Retirement asset manager

  • Allstate – Accident, Critical Illness, Universal Life, and Identity Protection

  • VSP – Vision coverage provider

  • UNUM – University-provided Term Life, AD&D, Long-Term Disability, Supplemental Term Life, and voluntary Hospital Indemnity Coverage

How to participate:

  • Look for an email launching the Virtual Benefits Fair.

  • Didn’t receive an email? Scan the QR code in the announcement or visit the Virtual Benefits Fair page to create your account.


Wellness Incentive Details

You can save up to $30 per month on your insurance premiums by participating in wellness activities:

  • Educational “Did You Know: Fresh Facts” Video: Complete by Dec. 1 for a $15 monthly discount

  • Seasonal Flu Vaccination: Get vaccinated between Aug. 1 – Dec. 1 for another $15 monthly discount. If vaccinated outside of Magers Health, submit documentation via email to MagersMedicalRecords@MissouriState.edu. Please include “FLU Vaccination” in the subject line.

  • Biometric Screening: Complete between Jan. 1 – Dec. 1 for a $15 monthly discount. Document submissions for screenings done outside of Magers Health should be emailed to MagersMedicalRecords@MissouriState.edu with “biometric screening” in the subject line.

Each employee can earn a maximum of $30 per month by completing any two activities. Completing all three is encouraged for maximum health benefits.

How to Complete Open Enrollment

  • Electronically:

    1. Log in to My Missouri State

    2. Search “benefits”

    3. On the Benefits Card, select Online Benefits Enrollment

  • By Phone:
    Call to complete enrollment with assistance. Counselors can answer questions, make recommendations, and help you enroll:

    • Toll-free: 877-282-0808

Flexible Spending Enrollment:

  • FSAs are enrolled separately from other benefits

  • Enroll or make changes here: ASIFlex Missouri State Enrollment
