Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review and update your benefits to ensure they meet your needs for the upcoming year. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) require enrollment each year and are a separate enrollment system from other benefits.

Wellness Incentive Details
You can save up to $30 per month on your insurance premiums by participating in wellness activities:

Educational “Did You Know: Fresh Facts” Video: Complete by Dec. 1 for a $15 monthly discount

Seasonal Flu Vaccination: Get vaccinated between Aug. 1 – Dec. 1 for another $15 monthly discount. If vaccinated outside of Magers Health, submit documentation via email to MagersMedicalRecords@MissouriState.edu. Please include “FLU Vaccination” in the subject line.

Biometric Screening: Complete between Jan. 1 – Dec. 1 for a $15 monthly discount. Document submissions for screenings done outside of Magers Health should be emailed to MagersMedicalRecords@MissouriState.edu with “biometric screening” in the subject line.
Each employee can earn a maximum of $30 per month by completing any two activities. Completing all three is encouraged for maximum health benefits.
