Overview:
BYM Agency is a full-service marketing agency that has been serving the credit union industry since 2003. BYM is looking for two enthusiastic and eager-to-learn interns to join our account and creative teams. We’re looking for passionate, curious and motivated individuals who want to challenge the status quo of financial marketing. Deadline for submissions is May 12, 2017.

Account Services Internship Position

Internship Requirements:

1. Must be enrolled as a student in an accredited university for the 2017-2018 academic school year
2. Must exude marketing principles that drive results, support key marketing initiatives and inspire action
3. Reflect the BYM Agency values including:

4. Skills

   2. Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with diverse audiences
   3. Active listener, willingness to ask questions, attention to detail
   4. Proficiency of PC Microsoft Office programs

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Taking accurate notes during meetings, writing recaps and providing the creative team with action items
2. Schedule, coordinate and participate in key client meetings
3. Review and edit business documents for clients
4. Developing implementation schedules
5. Assisting Project Specialist and Manager of Client Services as needed
6. Conduct research for client projects as needed
7. Research client prospects alongside Business Development Account Executive
