Position Overview: “Create, implement, and monitor online engagement (including social media) that contributes to the library’s cohesive communication strategy.”
Position Description: “Create, share, monitor, and approve content, that meets the library’s brand, social media standards, and frequency guidelines.”
Required Qualifications: “Associate degree in marketing, public relations or related field, or 2-3 years of marketing and/or customer engagement experience. Proficiency with social media platforms
Experience with photo and video editing software (Adobe products).”
Duties and Responsibilities: “Coordinate the Library’s Social Media Presence. Create and edit library photos and video content. Write, proof, and edit communications including flyers, blogs, press releases.”
Location: Nixa Community Branch
Weekly Hours: Mostly days, some evening and weekends
Start and End Date: First consideration May 18th, 2023
Compensation: $16.00/hr
