The Student Government Association passed a resolution on Tuesday, September 28th recommending that the major GPAs of students be placed in a location more easily accessed than their degree audit, such as their unofficial transcript.
The recommendation comes from the Academic Affairs Committee of SGA, which recognized that the major GPA plays an important role in applying for scholarships and graduate degree programs, and would benefit students by being located in a more convenient location.
A proper copy of the resolution will be sent to Dr. Robert Hornberger, the University’s Registrar.
