What fast food breakfasts to avoid and what to order instead

When you don’t have time to eat breakfast at home in the mornings, grabbing an item from a fast food chain is a convenient alternative. While it may not be the healthiest option, some fast food breakfasts have better nutritional value than others.

Natalie Allen, a registered dietitian and clinical instructor of biomedical sciences at Missouri State University, shares with MSN a couple of items to avoid and healthier alternatives to consider at two fast food restaurants.
