Our Promise, the most ambitious fundraising campaign in the history of Missouri State University, has exceeded its goal of $125 million — thanks to the combined efforts of more than 70,000 donors.The campaign’s last day was Dec. 31, 2012, and Missouri State announced the grand total Jan. 11, 2013: $167,000,783 in gifts and commitments.Campaign co-chairs Tom Strong and Ramona McQueary made the announcement at a celebration lunch for Our Promise volunteers and staff.
