While we were proud of our faculty members who received awards at the annual Missouri Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics annual meeting, we were also happy to see our students well represented at the poster session.  Three posters were presented on the following topics:

  • Boomer Bars: Protein Preferences in Athletes
  • Acceptability of Vegetable Puree in Macaroni and Cheese
  • How to Help MSU Female Athletes “Bear Up” with Nutrition

All students did a great job conducting original research, then sharing it with other dietitians.
