The Best Way to Learn the Mediterranean Diet! Go to Greece!

Every spring following graduation, the dietetics program takes a short-term study away program traveling to a country where the Mediterranean Diet is the norm. Eating to Win: Honey Ranch Chicken Wraps

Chocolate Mousse with a Twist

Trip Highlight: Italy

Quinoa for Athletes

For our BMS 430 Sports Nutrition potluck, we had some great food creations.  One student developed her own "bowl" with beans and rice and another made "cookie dough dip" out of chickpeas.
