The Student Dietetic Association hosted a fun event, Cupcake Wars.  Students randomly drew ingredients and had to incorporate them into a flavorful cupcake.  Faculty and their families judged the cupcakes for appearance, flavor, creativity and overall presentation.  The event was a wonderful success and we had all kinds of luscious cupcakes, including flavors such as banana and Greek yogurt, apricot, strawberry coconut, and carrot.
