Each year the Faculty Center for Teaching and Learning awards a per course faculty member for their outstanding contributions to the University. We are happy to acknowledge Kathy Beberniss as the recipient for the Excellence in Per Course Teaching Award recipient! Kathy has taught in the Biomedical Sciences Department since 2008, specifically for the dietetics program. During her time at Missouri State University, Kathy has taught various courses for the dietetics program including Medical Nutrition Therapy, Administrative Dietetics, Quantity Foods, Essentials of Nutrition, Introduction to Nutrition, and Computer Applications for Nutrition and Dietetics. Congratulations, Kathy, and thank you for everything you do for our students!
