Vision related expenses including co-pays, eyeglasses, and contacts are eligible expenses under the Cafeteria/flex spending plan, allowing for additional savings through tax savings. Enrolled in the Accident plan? Did you know that the Physician’s treatment benefit of $50/$75 can be claimed on additional services not related to an accident? Including, an eye exam.
Enrollment/Changes can be made to the vision plan, Cafeteria/flexible spending, and accident plans, yearly during open enrollment (November 1st– December 1st) , or within 31 days of a qualifying event.
