Benefit Resources to help with your travel plans.

Medical Care

Employees covered under the University’s Medical insurance can find providers participating with the University’s out-of-area network of providers by accessing the wrap networks listed on the back of their insurance card. Employees who misplace their insurance card, may sign in to their Med-pay account and request a new card and down load a temporary card.

Employees with a Mercy primary care provider can access Mercy-on-call after hours by contacting their primary care provider office number. The on-demand care team is staffed by Mercy providers to answer questions and connect to care options.  Or should the need arise, employees with a Mercy primary provider may also utilize the MyMercy’s “share Everywhere” which gives you temporary access to your medical files for healthcare providers when you are out of town. Find out more about what a MyMercy account can offer by reviewing the MyMercy FAQ’s.

  • Sign into MyMercy
  • Open Menu and Select “share Everywhere”
