The 2023 Annual ADP cycle starts Oct. 1, 2023, with completion by Jan. 31, 2024. Supervisors have access to their 2023 Planning Documents for their current employees through their ADP Dashboard.  The dashboard is located under the ADP Dashboard and ORG Chart Experience card in the MSU portal. The Planning Document must have at least one (1) goal listed for the employee to start the Appraisal process.

Supervisors will be able to generate their 2023 Appraisal Documents to start their evaluations upon receiving an email notification on Oct. 1. All full-time employees hired prior to April 1, 2023, should receive a 2023 Annual Appraisal. Help guides and information about the ADP Dashboard and process are available online. HR Live virtual training sessions are also available for registration through My Learning Connection.
