The Dr. Lisa Drabinowicz Women’s center Located on the 3rd floor of Magers Health and Wellness Center can provide GYN annual exams as well as vaginal infection assessment and treatment along with additional women’s health services. Call 417-836-4000 for appointments.
Routine wellness exams are paid at 100% under the MSU medical plans when provided by Magers or Mercy PPO providers.

Employees and dependents covered under the Critical illness policy can receive a $100 wellness benefit for completing a covered preventative screening. Covered employees with an invasive cancer diagnosis receive a $10,000 benefit under plan 1 or a $20,000 benefit under plan 2; covered dependents receive a 50% benefit if covered under the plan.
Employees enrolled in the Short-term disability plan that have a medically necessary leave may submit a claim for their elected weekly benefit amount. Policy provides income protection to ensure financial security while you focus on getting healthy. Benefit does not off-set with vacation, sick leave, or shared leave benefits.
Short-term Disability and Critical Illness Insurance policies may only be enrolled within 31 days of a qualifying event or annually during open enrollment (Nov 1 – Dec 1).
