On Sunday 1 February 2025, Banner Q4 upgrades will be applied to the production system.
During this time, you should plan for Banner and related systems to be unavailable between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm. We strive to complete the upgrade as quickly as possible but sometimes need the extra time to finish everything. Rest assured we will make the system available again as soon as the upgrade is completed.
The following primary systems will be impacted:
- My Missouri State
- Admin Banner
- Argos including Bear Intelligence
- BDM
- Self-service 9, including Employee Profile, Student Profile, Registration, and Faculty Assignments
- Custom web applications (Grails and Django), including Who-What, ATLAS, and Class Dashboard
- Any other system that relies on a direct connection to Banner
The following systems will not be impacted:
- University networks
- Phone systems
- Main (public) websites
- Brightspace
- Office 365
- Email services
- Video surveillance systems
- Electronic door access
- Application for admission
