Should runners consider intermittent fasting?

There are many diet plans and one of the most popular ones nowadays is intermittent fasting (IF). What is IF and its pros and cons? Is it a good diet plan for runners?

Natalie Allen, a registered dietitian and clinical instructor of biomedical sciences at Missouri State University, shares with Runner’s World more about IF and whether runners should practice this diet method.
