The winery remodeling project was completed this week. The improvements include a shed roof and iron fence to cover and secure the outdoor grape processing area and to connect the two winery facilities. The older winery facility floor was also refinished. The improvements will increase processing efficiency in the winery and distillery. We greatly appreciate the support of our Provost, Dr. Belinda McCarthy, whose efforts made the plans become reality.
