Benefits of a green smoothie

A green smoothie made from vegetables, such as kale or spinach is a healthier alternative to a smoothie made from fruits.

Natalie Allen, a registered dietitian and clinical instructor of biomedical sciences at Missouri State University, highlights a few benefits of drinking a veggie-packed green smoothie on Everyday Health.
