Quinoa for Athletes

For our BMS 430 Sports Nutrition potluck, we had some great food creations.  One student developed her own "bowl" with beans and rice and another made "cookie dough dip" out of chickpeas. The Dish on FNCE

In early October the Missouri State Dietetic Interns made a trip to the annual Food and Nutrition Conference and Expo (FNCE) sponsored by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND). SDA Shines in September
