The remaining Cayuga White grapes are being picked today and the winemakers are destemming, crushing and pressing the grapes to extract the juice and start the winemaking process.

Grapes are put into the destemmer/crusher and then are pumped to the press.
Grapes are put into the destemmer/crusher and then are pumped to the press for juice extraction.
