Join us for a full weekend of “Hands-On” laboratory experiences. Participants will have the opportunity to learn and perform the major wine chemistry tests, including; pH, TA, Brix, soluble solids, sulfur dioxide, ethanol, volital acidity, residual sugar, and malolactic fermentation.
