Here is the juice analysis results from the berry samples collected yesterday morning (August 4). If  the rain stops this morning and things dry up, we plan to pick 5 rows of the Cayuga White in the Research Vineyard. Chambourcin is in the late stages of veraison in the MVEC vineyard.
