Eddy and Tom are digging potatoes from the high tunnel. Potatoes do well in the tunnel although they are not a commercial feasible crop in high tunnel production due to the fact that there is only one harvest. We put them in some space we had available so we would have potato soup in pruning season. We are planning some high tunnel demonstration plantings to go in for our workshop in October.
