What's happening in the field?

At the Missouri State Fruit Experiment Station

Ningxia University faculty visit the State Fruit Experiment Station

March 29, 2019 by Marilyn Odneal

Dr. Gilbert Brown, Professor in the Student Affair in Higher Education Administration Master’s Degree Program at Missouri State University, Dr. Yuan Zhuang, Language Specialist and Jinzi Fan from International Programs led a group of faculty members from Ningxia University on a visit to the State Fruit Experiment Station today to learn about the Mountain Grove campus.  The group arrived and faculty and staff introduced themselves and then we presented some general information about the campus. Then the group tasted Missouri State wines and honey before they toured the winery and distillery and sales area. Unfortunately it was raining, so we toured the field in the bus and were not able to get out to walk through the plantings. We had a nice visit despite the weather!
