Home Winemaking Workshop

September 28, 2023 by Jennifer Morganthaler

The home winemaking workshop was held on September 27th.  Dr. Karl Wilker, Professor of Enology and Distillation and Manager of the MSU Winery and Distillery along with Jeremy Emery, Cellar Technician presented the basic home winemaking techniques. After classroom instructions and lunch the group got to see a demonstration of the home winemaking equipment in action. Attendees received a booklet on home winemaking and got to ask questions during the lectures and processing of the Sunbelt grapes. If you missed out on this one, you can call our office at 417-547-7500 to be put on the list for the next one.
