Setting up the spent mushroom compost demonstration

Trace affixes the strings to support the tomato plants while Emily helps line up the locations of the eye bolts. Randy keeps the ladder steady.

Emily and Trace, Missouri State summer student interns, and Randy Stout, field supervisor, set up the spent mushroom compost demonstration. This demo will be featured at the Mushroom Production Workshop to be held on Thursday, August 19, 2021.
